Benefits of Coconut Oil

I heard a lot about the benefits of coconut oil over the years and recently saw it at Costco.  I've been reading a lot of healthy recipes that called for this ingredient and wanted to give it a go.  If it taste awful, I can always make massage oil or hair masks out of it.  But once I read up more about coconut oil, I found out there is so many more things I could use it in.  Here are just some of the things you can do with your jar of coconut oil:

1. Hair care
2. Skin care
3. Stress relief
4. Maintaining cholesterol levels
5. Weight loss
6. Increased immunity
7. Proper digestion and metabolism
8. Relief from kidney problems
9. Heart diseases, high blood pressure
10. Dental care
11. Bone strength
12. Lubricant

And much more!  It's hard to believe that one item could do so many different things.  I'll explore some of these benefits in later posts.
